A Sunni Trick

Take a look at this Sunni translation:

Qur’aan 3:31

Say (O Muhammad to mankind): “If you (really) love Allah then follow me (i.e. accept Islamic Monotheism, follow the Qur’aan and the Sunnah), Allah will love you and forgive you your sins.  And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

Misinterpretation by Muhammad Muhsin Khan and Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din Al-Hilali

Note the parenthesis which is the part that I highlighted in red is no where found nor indicated in the Arabic text.  The Arabic word sunna (sunnah) is not even in the Arabic text of this verse.

Below is the correct translation of this verse without their innovation or their personal opinion:

Below is the Arabic break down of this verse, word for word:

Below is what the Arabic word Sunna looks like:

Now please go back and look at the Arabic text of this verse and you will not visually see it there, this is not magic, it’s the COLD NAKED TRUTH.  However, Below on the next page are the verses in the Qur’aan where you will see the Arabic word “sunna” mentioned and when you look at the context its very clear that it has nothing to do with Bukhari and the boys hadiyths which were fabricated and falsely attributed to Prophet Muhammad around 250 years AFTER his death.

Sunna Is Found Here:

Sunna does not mean “hadiyth” and the way the Qur’aan uses the word “sunna” it has nothing to do with Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, just to name a few so-called hadiyth books.  Sunna means: way, system, example and it refers to the revelation of Allah which is Al Qur’aan or Al Islaam, which is also the same as Milla Ibrahiym (the religion of Abraham) which Muhammad was instructed by Allah to follow (16:123).

What Muhammad Muhsin Khan and Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din Al-Hilali have done to their translation is a CLASSIC example of Sunni Muslims mistranslating and misinterpreting Al Qur’aan to support their sect school of thought.

Qur’aan 9:97

The Desert Arabs are the most severe concealers of the truth and the biggest hypocrites and more without knowledge of the limits of what Allah sent down on His Messenger.  And Allah is The Omniscient, The Most Wise.
